Special
Event Sponsorship
Sponsorships are available for special events such as meals
and "Hole Contests" within each tournament ranging from
$500.00 to $1,500.00 which feature prominent signage, tournament
collateral inclusion, collateral distribution, and product sampling
as deemed applicable. Product and in-kind service sponsorships are
available as well.
Silent
and Live Auction Donors
Donations of products, amenities and in-kind service are needed
for the Live and Silent Auction to be held at the 18th Angel Fire
Invitational. Donors receive listing in the auction and tournament
programs and the opportunity to include collateral material for
distribution during event.
TAOS
CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT
JUNE 7- 9, 2007 - Taos Country Club
FORMAT:
Four person modified Vegas scramble, flighted max 36 handicap. Only
one player per team may carry a handicap of 9 or lower. USGA or
Sun Country handicap INDEX required or handicap will need to be
confirmed with Tournament Director prior to the event. Call Curt
Hanlen at 505/342-3505 after May 22nd to confirm handicap. Golfer's
with or without handicap may have them assigned or adjusted by the
Tournament Director.
The
Taos Charity Golf Tounament will offer 3 days/2 nights of deluxe
and convenient lodging, just 10 minutes from the course at the Sagebrush
Inn & Comfort Inn & Suites.

in prizes including premium tee packet, golf, meals, transportation,
auction and much more!
Live
music for Thursday night's BBQ. Sumptuous dinner and live music
in addition to a silent and live auction are scheduled for Friday
evening in the spacious Sagebrush Inn & Conference Center.
LODGING
INFORMATION:
Private lodging has been reserved for players and guests participating
in the Taos Charity Golf Tournament. Lodging property at either
the Sagebrush Inn or Comfort Inn will be selected on a first come
basis upon availability.
THE
TOURNAMENT STANDARD LODGING PACKAGE IS AS FOLLOWS:
· A hotel room at Sagebrush Inn or the Comfort Inn Suites
located next door.
UPGRADE

· A Deluxe Room or Small Suite.
· A 2 bedroom Executive Suite

BRING
A GUEST & KIDS:
Guest fees are $60.00 per individual age 5 and above. Fee covers
all event meals and functions.
· Daily shuttles for shopping, lunch on the Plaza plus gallery
& museum tours.

rafters (The Rio Grande is great in early June) + horseback rides,
