More Guest Information and Schedule of Events

Guest Fees are $75.00 per person for all guests except children 4 years and under and they include:

Credentials to attend all tournament functions featuring:
July 27th, Thursday evening meal from 6:00-8:30 p.m. at the Angel Fire Resort Hotel. Traditionally, this meal is provided for players and their adult guests.

o IMPORTANT: All kids for Pizza Party MUST PRE-REGISTER.
o PICK UP AND DROP OFF INFORMATION
o Angel Fire Resort staff will escort all kids to the Children's Center at the base of the mountain beginning at 6:00 p.m. at 15 minute intervals until 7:00 p.m. All kids to meet in the Hotel Lobby to be escorted.
o Kids attending Pizza Party and "Movies Under the Stars" will be escorted back to the Hotel Lobby to meet their parents beginning at 9:00 p.m. at 15 minute intervals until approximately 10:30 p.m.
o INFANT CARE will be complimentary and available again in the Hotel at a designated room. (information will be available at Tournament Registration or online after 7/15)

OTHER MEALS INCLUDED WITH GUEST FEE

o Breakfast & Lunch, Friday & Saturday at the Branding Iron at the Hotel. Guests must present credentials at the Branding Iron and Country Club and will order off a select menu.

o EAST MORENO RANCH FAMILY BBQ-Sponsored by East Moreno Ranch (click here for map & driving directions)

o 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Activities begin at East Moreno Ranch (Fishing, wagon & horseback rides, live music and more!)
o 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. Steak and chicken BBQ is served. Live music & evening program

o Scenic Chairlift Ride-Open daily at 10:00 a.m. at the Chile Express located at the base of the Ski Mountain.
o Euro-Bungee-located at the base of the ski mountain

o Disc golf tourney
o Guided nature hike
o Paddleboat rides at Monte Verde Lake

HSF KID'S CAMP 2006
Preface

Daily organized activities, many of which are accessible anytime by tournament guests will be scheduled at certain times through the HSF Kid's Camp. Guided hikes, swim parties, disc golf tournaments rewarding prizes for participation will be offered through the camp.

Although all the activities included with the GUEST FEE can be accessed by guests and their kids, new amenities, geared toward adult outings, will be offered this year for an additional fee including a special Cimarron outing, winery tours, whitewater rafting and more. With this in mind, parents will be able to drop off their children at the Children's Ski Center, open daily at 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. and take part in organized outings.
